Learning Journey Map — New Manager Transition

DesignIllustrative Sample

An illustrative example of how I design learning as an ongoing journey, not a single event — mapped across the first 90 days of a promotion into management.

Why a journey, not a workshop

A single “new manager training” day rarely survives contact with the job. This map spreads support across the moments that actually matter — before the role starts, in the disorienting first weeks, and through the point where new habits either take hold or quietly slip away.

What This Demonstrates

Learning that’s designed as a system across time — with the right support at the right moment — rather than a single event that fades within a week.
