Post-Training Evaluation — Reaction & Learning (Kirkpatrick Levels 1–2)
A redacted, representative sample of the evaluation I use immediately after a training session to measure whether it actually landed.
Purpose
A workshop can feel great and still fail to teach anything. This evaluation checks both reaction (did it land?) and learning (did they get it?) before waiting weeks to find out.

Why Both Parts Matter
Reaction data tells you if people liked it. Learning data tells you if it worked. A high Part 1 score with a weak Part 2 answer is a signal the content needs to change, even if everyone smiled on the way out.
